EURO MAX MODULAR LEADERS
Our Euro Max modular tightline nymphing euro leaders are proudly hand-tied and tested for strength and quality in Utah, USA. The sensitivity and strike detection of our EuroMax line of leaders are unsurpassed for each of the models we offer. We use stiff Maxima Chameleon butt section leader material and softer mid-section (Suffix and Amnesia) high-visibility materials in the transition and sighter sections to allow for better turnover, presentation, and visibility for maximized strike detection. Each EuroMax leader includes a tippet ring to allow for easy changing tippet and not sacrificing leader length
CAST MAX TARGET STANDARD COMPOUND LEADERS (Dry, Nymph/Wet & Streamers)
We design and tie our Cast Max Target standard tapered leaders for the best turnover and presentation by using Maxima Chameleon in the butt sections and softer Maxima Green line in the finer tapering sections and then high-end finishing tippet material. We understand that many anglers think that the commercial extruded tapered leaders are preferable because they are knotless, but custom taper leaders desgned for specific applications will cast and present much better. Delicate and stealthy presentation are key in every leader we design and produce.

WHY Use Our Custom Leaders?
Your leader is the business end of the presentation you make to fish. It is critical that it is designed and tied to the specific application you are using it for to ensure the most efficient casting, turnover, accuracy, and presentation. Most fly anglers, including beginners and those who have never experienced superior custom leaders, will use commercial tapered leaders because they are abundant and because of the false notion that they can optimally be used for every type of fly fishing. Yes, those can be used for multiple fishing situations, but they are far from optimal and will not give you the best performance.
Our EuroMax Sighter+ (tight line) euro leaders are designed to give you maximum nymphing and streamer strike detection with minimal drag, high sighter visibility in varying light conditions, ease in casting, delicate presentation through the drift, and superior fighting strength.
Our CastMax Target leaders are designed individually for dry, streamer, and nymph/wet applications, depending on your need. Our multi-section river dry fly leaders are set apart by their 'slack' casting design. They are perfect for stillwater also. When designed, tied and cast properly, they will land with a series of 'S' curves in the lower section of leader and tippet, providing for a more natural drag-free drift. Trying to create these curves yourself with typical commercial leaders after the cast will typically ruin your presentation and cause refusals. Our nymph/wet & streamer leaders have the perfect tapers to allow for distance casting, excellent turnover, and delicate presentations
SmoothKnot Technology
Our optional SmoothKnot resin technology on our CastMax fly fishing leader product lines reduces the annoying 'knot catching' in rod guides when you reel the leader in past the fly line. Additionally, SmoothKnot helps shed weeds and moss over knots so you spend more time fishing, nymphing, etc. and less time unfouling your leader.
